The Kundalini Shakti Energy is a force which expands to infinity, she is inexplicable to the rational mind, it can be scary for those who are afraid to move beyond the conditioning and its inherited limitations.

When there is a deep disconnection with the essence of life is because unconsciously exists a suppression to The Divine Feminine energy “Kundalini”  but that only reveals the lack of connection with our own inner power/ awareness.

This is an invitation to connect with the potential force of the “Snake = Naga” (Kundalini energy) within you.

This potential “Kundalini Shakti” its in everyone beyond gender and sooner or later in this life or another we are all destined to fully embody it! and so we can have the awareness of being one with the whole/ macrocosm.

On this path of embodiment of the Divine Feminine Consciousness through the Tantric, Yogic and Shamanic Arts, the first invitation is to cultivate an intimate space of self-observation. "Inner contemplation" Is key to discover what happens in our inner landscapes and thus recovering the connection with the divine natural flow and its vibrational currents in our inner universe.

This exquisite art of inner refinement allow us to establish ourselves beyond the basic patterns learned/inherited and imprinted physically, mentally and energetically.

When we return to ourselves with our attention and we cultivate our inner world, we begins to dive into the depths of our own mystic nature connected to our own conscious and unconscious inner oceans; Recognizing ourselves as portals of the eternal mystery, being a bridge between the visible and the unseen, beyond death.

A woman finds her own womb tuned to the Cosmic Womb from where the whole emerged, being a living embodiment of the womb wisdom mysteries, as well as the creative ecstatic mystery herself.

A man enliven his power and expand it! centring it in hid heart, being in deep alignment of his feminine and masculine nature/ forces, experiencing a overwhelming expansion in his capacity to really feel love for himself, for another and for the whole creation. Being a new era man, powerful and loving, a leader with a solid foundation in Dharma and Universal Values. A man unafraid to expand beyond what he learned a man should be, act or feel.

"It's believed that the entire creation rests in a coiled snake" That is why almost every deity is connected to a snake!

The serpents are connected to the principles of creation, also how the planets of the solar system moves; Therefore as we are a micro replica of the cosmos the snake is connected to the potential energy in us moving through our spine.

This energy kundalini in us can be activated through specific practices, to enliven our inner Power and Awaken to our highest potential!

This invitation is a transformative journey, a path of reunion with the Divine Consciousness that will move you beyond the confines delusionary ego/ mind, to experience the deepest ground and living wisdom within your own being.

As some of you already know, I have been connected to Somatic Therapies and Yoga for 25 years now. I have put in this offering Different tools such as Yoga Kriyas, Meditations, Pranayamas, Mantras, and I have enriched it with Somatics Therapies, which will help your body and mind/ psyche to organically receive this activation, making of this process of awakening a healing, gentle and refined experience.

Born in Chile, Jessica first began her healing journey through psychotherapy at a very young age. Years later, while studying Physical Theatre at the University of Arts UNIACC for two years, her life was forever changed upon her discovery of yoga (1999). From there, her journey continued to unfold with four years of study at the Contemporary Dance College University of Arts & Social Sciences, where she explored the healing power of movement therapies.

She was awarded a degree in Cultural Management from the Catholic University of Chile, which has since empowered her to create and facilitate numerous healing arts & yoga projects, that have greatly improved the realities of vulnerable and underprivileged communities in her home country of Chile.

In 2009 Jessica traveled to India for the first time in this life and felt an immediate kinship with its ancient culture and yoga-based traditions; She knew in her heart that she would soon call India home.

She settled in the holy city of Varanasi, where over the next four years she attended the Benares Hindu University BHU for Yoga and Performing Arts. During her time there, she devoted herself to the absorption and exploration of India’s wealth of ancient wisdom, passionately immersing herself in yoga, Ayurveda, tantra, Indian classical dance, as well as Buddhist vipassana meditation & Indian psychology.

Over the last eleven years, she has facilitated numerous courses and retreats in countries across the globe, including India, Nepal, Thailand, Australia, Bali, Peru, France, Italy, and Switzerland.
